Story

Princess Louise died of small pox aged only 19. She was Queen Anne's half sister, being the daughter of James II and his 2nd wife, Mary of Modena. Both Louise and her elder brother James III became infected with smallpox, her brother survived and went on to become known as the Old Pretender and fight for the Jacobite cause.
