Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your medallions and jewelry in their original velvet pouches and protective boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
